What we set
GlobalSleeps sets first-party cookies only. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- gs_sid — a random identifier used to group anonymous searches into a session. 180 days.
- gs_auth — your sign-in session, if you have an account. 30 days, HTTP-only.
- gs_admin — an administrator session for /admin. 12 hours, HTTP-only.
- gs_currency — your display currency preference. Stored in local storage rather than a cookie.
Partner cookies
When you click through to a partner, that partner sets their own cookies on their own domain, typically to attribute your booking to us. Those cookies are governed by that partner’s policy, not ours.
